teams away in the past.

Final rosters and payment are due no later than
Teams are accepted on a first-come basis.
We can only accept a limited number of teams.
There are two options for paying the team entry fee:
a. Pay online using PayPal
b. Mail a check (payable to 'Otis/United Way')
Refund Policy: In the event of cancellation or date change,
online processing fees are not refundable.
Processing fees for Player Registration is not optional.
