Please be here at Otis Service Center by at least 3:15 and check in at the registration table.

SECURITY & CHANGING of CLOTHES:
Due to heightened security, non-Otis employees will not be allowed into the Otis Service Center building. We will have portable toilets available, but players should change their clothes prior to arrival. We will have a receptionist at the front door to allow people with UTC badges to enter until 7:00 PM.  Any other access to the building after that will have to be through a badge access door.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:
Upon arrival at OSC, please check-in with your team at the registration desk.  If you have not paid the entry fees, you will need to do so. You will also pick up tickets for refreshments upon check-in.

The format of the matches will be a round robin.  Each match will consist of one game to 11 points (win by 2, with a cap at 13 - do not exceed the cap).  Play-offs will be between the top two or top four teams depending on the number of teams in the division.  Schedule & format may change depending on the final number of teams.

After each match, sign the score sheet and return it to the scorekeeper's table.

TOURNAMENT RULES:
The rules will be posted at the tournament. Be sure to review all the rules that apply for your division.

A very important safety rule for all divisions is that contact of the net by any player is a fault. Another important rule is that this is for "fun" - any disagreements over a play or a rule should be resolved by simply replaying that point.

PRACTICE:
The volleyball nets will be ready by 2:00. Feel free to come early for warm-ups/practice before the tournament.

REFRESHMENTS/FOOD:
Your entry fee includes refreshments. We will be serving Grilled chicken, hamburgers, hot-dogs, Chips, soda, etc.  Captains will receive tickets for the refreshments upon check-in. For spectators, we will be selling tickets. There will be a break in the tournament for some divisions so that the players get a chance to eat. Please check the schedule to find out the time. If your division does not have a break, then you should break to eat whenever your team has a bye.

PLAYER'S TABLE:
Participants in the tournament will be provided with liquid refreshments free of charge.

FUNDRAISING PRIZES:
We are awarding prizes to the top 3 fundraising teams!  Please turn in your sponsor form and checks at the registration desk. Print a Sponsor Form.

T-SHIRTS FOR SALE:
We will be selling custom designed Volleyball T-shirts at the event.  We only have a limited number so get yours fast!

INJURIES:
We will have an EMT available for 1st Aid, however, any injuries should be handled through your own PCPs.
