INFORMATION FOR CAPTAINS
The games start PROMPTLY at 3:30.A very important
safety rule for all divisions is that contact of the net by any player is a
fault. Another important rule is that this is for "fun" - any
disagreements over a play or a rule should be resolved by simply replaying that
point.
PRACTICE:
The volleyball nets will be ready by 2:00. Feel free to come early for
warm-ups/practice before the tournament.
REFRESHMENTS/FOOD:
Your entry fee includes refreshments. We will be serving Grilled chicken,
hamburgers, hot-dogs, Chips, soda, etc. Captains will receive tickets for
the refreshments upon check-in. For spectators, we will be selling tickets.
There will be a break in the tournament for some divisions so that the players
get a chance to eat. Please check the schedule to find out the time. If your
division does not have a break, then you should break to eat whenever your team
has a bye.
